These terms apply when you browse dcapturecity.in, create an account, send an inquiry, or book floor time at D Capture City (Village Kudi, Post Bhaukhedi, Tehsil Ichawar, Sehore, Madhya Pradesh 466115). Bookings A booking holds the sets, packages, and time shown on your confirmation. The price is calculated by our system when you book and stored on that booking — the website does not invent a different total later. House rules for a set or package apply to that booking. You must arrive on time; late arrival may shorten usable floor time without changing the booked slot. Accounts and accuracy You are responsible for accurate name, phone, and email details. Guest booking is allowed. Accounts are for returning to your bookings and profile. Payments Card and online payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Any balance due is as shown on the booking and payment status. Conduct You must follow floor instructions, care for sets and costumes, and not damage property or disrupt other shoots. We may refuse or end a session for unsafe or abusive behaviour. Content and IP Website text, branding, and photos remain our property unless we agree otherwise in writing. Shoot output owned by you or your client follows your separate agreements with photographers and brands. Changes We may update these terms; the version on this page is current.
